If there is one thing I’ve learned during my 15 years in the tech publishing industry, it’s that people will always have problems, and putting the right content in the right place makes your solution their solution.

I love helping people solve problems—whether it’s a team trying to get started with test automation or a start-up software provider looking to build its customer base and brand confidence. As a content marketing writer, I get to help both groups succeed by creating low-sales pitchy, high-value content that both educates and converts.

The best part of my job is working closely with clients to make sure the product I deliver is the product that solves their problem. My goal is happy customers, so I do much more than provide high-quality content. I also ensure the highest level of service by meeting deadlines, asking questions to ensure I fully understand the project requirements, and adapting my tone and style to meet your standards and branding. I have a knack for taking technical subject matter and converting it to content that is more widely accessible–without “dumbing it down.”

I have been writing and editing professionally for 15 years. I made the decision in May 2018 to move out of management and get back to doing what I love: creating awesome content.
